Meals website accounts
You do not need to have a website account to book your meals. However, it is a good idea to do so because
- once you have, you do not have to do anything but login with your villa number and your password and go straight to book a meal.
- If you are paying by credit card, you may find that unless you are logged in to an account, you may not be able to enter your credit card details. This is something beyond our control.
- You can book for any meals for your villa, even visitors in the one account.
To create an account
We need you to enter some of the details as follows, so that you receive your receipt for payment and we know to which villa we have to deliver your tickets.
- Enter your name in the first and last name boxes as per usual.
- In address put your villa number only.
- Enter your email address so that the checkout can send you a receipt.
- Enter your address details and repeat for your billing details.
- When you are asked to create a user name, type your villa number, e.g. 139
Passwords
If you are asked to create a password it must be 12 characters long, and include at least one capital letter and another character such as @, !, or %. We suggest you use ‘Villa+number+Name+!’ This will satisfy the security requirements.
Note: The villa number should be 3 digits, 001 or 024 etc. For example, Sandy the ghost’s password might be Villa112Ghost! Make sure your password is easy to remember.
Billing details
If you are logged into your account, the billing details will be filled out for you. If not, when you have the billing details form on your screen all the boxes marked with a red asterix (*) must be filled out. This is controlled by the system and we cannot work around it. It only has to be done once.
When to book
Bookings for each meal close at 12 midnight on the Sunday in the week prior to the date of the meal ( or when the maximum number of reservations is reached, whichever is earliest). This allows our caterer to prepare for the number of meals on a given day.
Once bookings are closed you cannot make a reservation or pay for that meal.
